We develop and curate our products with utmost love and sincerity but just in case you face any issue, we have a 7-day hassle free exchange policy in which you can exchange your garment to a different size.
Simply drop us a mail at email@example.com and our concerned team will get back to you within 24hours to resolve your issue. In case you feel that the product is not meeting your expectations or has any kind of defect, you may also need to attach the product picture with a small note.
As of now, we do not make any refunds or issue credit in wallet but you can always get your product exchanged from us within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Alternatively, you can exchange the product for another size at our studio located in Delhi within 7 days from the date of receiving the order.

Please make note of the following points before visiting the studio for a fuss-free exchange process:
1. Kindly carry the invoice copy along with the unused or unwashed product having all its tags and other packaging intact sold as a part of the product.
2. If the newly selected merchandise value is more than the originally purchased merchandise value, then you will have to pay the difference amount.
Conditions for online domestic exchange-
1. The product must be shipped back to us in its actual and native condition along with the invoice-copy, tags, dust bags, hangers, freebies (if any) and other packaging intact sold as a part of the product.
2. Any garment sought to be exchanged, should be unworn or unwashed and in a sellable condition. Garments that are found to be worn or damaged or soiled will not be accepted for exchange and sent back to customer's at the original shipping address.
3. Products returned under this policy will be subjected to quality testing/inspection carried out by Karigiri Quality Inspection Team.
4. Karigiri reserves a right to reject any request for return and/or exchange of any products without giving any reasons for the same. In such cases, products will be sent back to the customer at the original shipping address.
5. Customized or special delivery orders cannot be returned/exchanged.
6. In case of any dispute, Owners of Karigiri reserves the right for final decision.
